Yak Yakity Yak

We've got big news, friends!

We want to see more of you on a regular basis. Though we love seeing your faces in our shop, we would also like to see you OUTSIDE of the shop! For this reason, we are starting up a great program that we have dubbed "RAD-TALK Sessions."

Every month, we want to provide our friends in the community a place to come and chill out with other like-minded outdoor enthusiasts. We'll get together and have special guests come in to chat about their adventures, give tutorials, we'll screen some flicks, have brand reps come in and highlight their new products and a whole lot more. This can only happen with your participation...and growlers.
So bring a camp chair, a pint glass and your sense of adventure and gear up for some exciting evenings.

This coming Monday, February 11th, @ 6:30pm we have Andrew Jeffries coming into our 386 Queen Street shop to give a FREE map and compass tutorial for those who are interested in learning basic navigation. Also, if you are thinking of participating in the Nine Toe Winter Run race in Mactaquac Provincial Park happening next Sunday, February 17th, this will be a great refresher course to make sure you don't get lost in the woods! Maps and compasses will be provided, but if you have your own, bring it along.
If you can't find your way out of the woods, just eat your partner.

Next on the docket, we've got Troy Johnson, founder of Natural Selection adventure racing group in New Brunswick. He is joining us on Wednesday, February 27th to talk about the perks of doing an adventure race and will highlight some of the sickest events in New Brunswick and will answer any questions you might have on how to register, train or get involved! This session will take place at our Bike & Ski Location at 129 Westmorland Street at 6:30pm in the upstairs room. Again, bring a camp chair or pillow and a pint glass and your thirst for knowledge.
Race the Phantom looks a lot like this.

After each RAD TALK we will go for a 100 mile run. Or we'll do this:

See you there!
